Chota Falls encompasses 150 acres of magnificent mountain property in Rabun County, Georgia.  In addition to the estate’s natural amenities which include two waterfalls, numerous creeks, a lake, several fish ponds, hillside vineyards, there are extensive meeting facilities/areas available along with a penthouse in one facility, a large ballroom with a stage and balcony overlooking the ballroom, a country chapel, and lodges that provide guest accommodations as well as dining facilities for visitors to Chota Falls.  All of the outdoor and indoor venues and structures are available for corporate events, retreat ideas, team building activity, games or exercises, conferences, holiday party, unique theme party ideas, picnics, fund raisers, and carnivals.  Events may be scheduled at Chota Falls throughout the year. 

The Treehouse at the Upper Falls, a large shaded deck in the midst of rhododendron and mountain laurel is nicely equipped with a bar, refrigerator, fire pit, and bathhouse that all overlook the beautiful Upper Falls. The Treehouse can be utilized for many purposes: a dinner, a secluded meeting, or just a party where at night tree lights beautify the rushing waters of the falls and creek.  It can easily accommodate 50 to 60 guests.

The Vineyard Overlook is a spacious deck situated high atop the vineyard hill and highlights the panoramic mountain view of the valley and creek below. Take pleasure in the stunning setting for a wedding ceremony, reception or bridal brunch for as many as 80 guests, or seated luncheon or dinner for 50 to 60.

Lodging: Chota Falls has 22 rooms on the premises with a 100+ deluxe rooms nearby, if needed.

The Vineyard Chapel adds to the Tuscan theme of hillside vineyards amongst mountain vistas.  Artfully crafted stonework masterfully create a picturesque scene of gardens, fountains, sitting and additional meeting areas.

There is also an array of outdoor activities ranging from golf and tennis to whitewater rafting and horseback riding all within close proximity of the estate.  So, whether you are on the property to accomplish a specific purpose, have a special event, or you decide to venture out, you are sure to enjoy your stay at the estate.
